Media Buy/Advertising Cancellation Policy
All signed Insertion Orders (IOs) constitute a binding agreement between the advertiser and publisher. Upon execution of the IO, the advertiser commits to the full advertising schedule, placements, and associated fees outlined in the agreement.
Due to advance editorial planning, inventory reservation, production scheduling, and audience commitments, cancellations are not permitted after an IO has been signed unless extremely unusual circumstances and approved in writing by the publisher.
Failure to submit advertising materials by the stated deadlines does not release the advertiser from financial responsibility under the signed agreement.
The publisher reserves the right to reschedule placements at its discretion in cases of production or scheduling conflicts but shall not be obligated to provide refunds or credits except as expressly agreed in writing. By signing the IO, the advertiser acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
