Membership in FSA is limited to individuals engaged in the business of shipping or receiving food and related productions in the food and beverage industry where an individual is someone who conducts business on behalf of a company who has, or maintains, physical ownership of these products within the supply chain. This would include food manufacturing, processing, grocery, restaurant, food distributor and food service companies. Transportation, warehouse, logistics, material, technology and other service providers to these businesses are not eligible for membership but are welcome to attend the annual FSA conference. Food Shippers of America works to ensure that there is a balance of shippers and suppliers to allow our shippers to meet with a broad array of different supplier types.
There are no limits to the number of attendees from a member company or shipper, receiver or food service company.
However, there are limits for all others:
FSA asks that these limits are followed and conference attendees should be aware that FSA reserves the right to decline or cancel a registration for a company that has exceeded these limits to ensure limit compliance.

FSA allows events after 9:00 PM on Sunday and Monday evenings after the conference agenda is over for the day. Attendees usually can schedule privately hosted events as long as they do not overlap FSA events during the published agenda (including meals).
FSA continues to engage food companies in membership and conference attendance. This annual conference is a "unique one-stop shopping venue" for every aspect of the supply chain.

The Annual FSA Conference uses a voucher number registration system to ensure a constructive mix of shippers/receivers and suppliers. Typically if you have attended a conference in the last 3 consecutive years your name will be on the list to receive a voucher invite for the upcoming conference. However, FSA tries to keep our mailing list current to reflect opt out requests and bounced emails.
Consequently, if you have not received an invitation voucher by Sept. 15 of the year prior to the upcoming conference, please complete the information at the following link. Completing this information also will place you on the FSA mailing list.
