FSA has reserved a block of rooms at a special conference rate for registered attendees. A link to book a room will be included in each attendee’s registration confirmation email. Please note that room availability at the FSA conference room rate is on a first come first serve basis.
Registration for the 2024 Food Shippers Annual Conference is enjoying strong interest from shippers, grocery receivers, food service companies and their suppliers. The 2024 event will be held at the Signia by Hilton Hotel in Orlando Florida and the Hilton will be charging the first nights room cost as a deposit. This is refundable if cancelled at least a week in advance of the conference.
Given the strong demand we expect to use our room allotment and will do our best to secure additional rooms once we reach that point. In the interim, should you experience issues securing a room you can try varying your stay dates (the system will show no availability even if only one night is not available) or contact us with a request to be placed on a waiting list.
In addition, we do expect to reach the capacity limits for certain supplier types before the end of October. Should a supplier experience an inability to register they can contact us with a request to be placed on a waiting list. Once we do reach such capacities any subsequent requests for a conference invite will be added to the waitlist in the order received.
